Pope Francis Accepts Resignation of Bishop Richard Malone of the Diocese of Buffalo and Appoints the Bishop of Albany as Apostolic Administrator

WASHINGTON—Pope Francis has accepted the resignation of Bishop Richard J. Malone from the pastoral governance of the Diocese of Buffalo and has appointed Most Reverend Edward B.
